Our shoe repair process
Receive and tag
Every pair is photographed as it arrives and given its own code, which you use to track progress.
Inspection and quote
The technician checks what is damaged and whether the upper can be kept, then quotes each item. Work starts only once you agree.
Taking apart and cleaning the bonding surface
The damaged part is separated and old glue and dirt are cleaned off the contact surface. This step decides how long the new bond will hold.
Repairing item by item
Specialist adhesive, restitching, a new sole or colour restoration, depending on the condition of the pair.
Check and handover
The sole bond, stitching and colour are checked again and compared with the arrival photos before the shoes go back to you.

Should you repair your shoes or buy a new pair?
Repair is worth it when the upper is still good and the damage is in parts that can be replaced: a loose sole, a worn sole, burst stitching, faded leather. Especially for good leather shoes and designer pairs, where the upper carries almost all the value.
It is not worth it when the upper is badly torn, the midsole has collapsed, or the repair costs more than a similar new pair. The technician will tell you plainly so you do not waste money.
Two articles to help you judge first: regluing shoes with a loose sole at home and worn soles: patch or resole.
Two other common faults: torn heel lining inside the shoe and Vibram anti-wear sole protectors, both cheaper and easier when done early.

Shoe repair FAQ
How much does shoe repair cost?
Regluing a loose sole 250,000d, restitching 200,000d, resoling 300,000d – 850,000d, leather colour restoration 400,000d – 650,000d. The full price list is right on this page, with the final price confirmed once the technician has seen the actual pair.
How long does shoe repair take?
Resoling usually takes 2 to 4 days. For other items the technician gives you a specific time when taking in the shoes.
Can I reglue a loose sole at home?
Yes, if only a short section has come loose and you use the right shoe adhesive. A long gap, a gap at the toe, or a sole that has been reglued several times is better brought to the shop so the old glue can be cleaned off first. See regluing shoes with a loose sole at home.
Worn sole: add a protector or resole?
Light wear at the heel can take an anti-wear layer such as a Vibram protector. Wear down to the midsole, or no tread left, means resoling. See worn soles.
Does Foxpro repair designer shoes?
Yes. Designer shoes are repaired by hand, keeping the original sole and colour wherever possible, and anything that must be replaced is explained before work starts.
Can faded or peeling leather shoes be restored?
Yes. The leather is cleaned and then touched up or repainted to the original colour, and a colour change on request is possible too. Deeply cracked leather looks good again on the surface, but the cracks remain.
Do you collect shoes for repair?
Yes. Bring them to the shop at 1/56 Nguyen The Truyen, Tan Son Nhi, Tan Phu, or book a slot and we collect and deliver them anywhere in Ho Chi Minh City.
Do you resole badminton and pickleball shoes?
Yes, 300,000d – 400,000d, usually in 2 to 4 days. For details by brand see pickleball and badminton shoe resoling.
