How a bag refresh differs from cleaning and colour restoration
Bag Cleaning only cleans and conditions. Colour restoration deals only with the colour. Bag refresh, also called a full designer bag spa, is for when the bag needs several things at once: clean again, supple again, even in colour again, with edges and hardware brightened. Doing it all in one go keeps the colour and finish of every part consistent, which is hard to achieve when parts are fixed separately at different times.
A refresh does not have one fixed price for every bag. Our technician inspects the whole bag and lists each job with its price, and you choose to do all of it or only some.
Which brands we spa
Foxpro refreshes leather bags from most popular brands, including Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Hermès, Gucci, Céline, Prada, YSL and Coach. Each line uses its own materials, such as caviar, lambskin, monogram canvas or vachetta, so each is treated to suit its material rather than with one process for all.
Keeping your bag new for longer
- Store the bag in a dust bag, stuffed with paper to hold its shape.
- Avoid leaving the bag somewhere damp or in a closed box for long; it will go mouldy.
- Keep the bag out of harsh sun, or the colour will fade fast.
- Condition the leather regularly and wipe it dry as soon as it gets wet.
If the bag only has one specific problem, a separate repair costs less: bag lock repair, linings and handles or scratch repair. If it just needs cleaning, see bag cleaning.

How much does a bag refresh cost?
It depends on the number of items. Bag cleaning costs 250,000d to 900,000d depending on the size and line of the bag; leather bag colour restoration 850,000d to 1,500,000d; edge repainting 550,000d to 850,000d; hardware polishing 750,000d to 1,600,000d. Our technician quotes each item after seeing the bag.
What is a designer bag spa?
It is all-round care for a designer handbag: cleaning, conditioning, and treating the colour, edges and hardware to suit the material, so the bag looks even and fresh again.
Do I have to do every item?
No. You get a list of items with prices and choose the ones you want.
Can a mouldy bag be refreshed?
Surface mould can usually be dealt with during cleaning. Mould that has soaked into the leather may leave marks, and a perished lining needs replacing. We tell you upfront after seeing the bag.
Will the bag look brand new afterwards?
The aim is a bag that is clean, supple, even in colour and holding its shape again. Deep damage such as torn or badly cracked leather may still show, and our technician points out each one when quoting.
Do you collect bags from home?
Yes. You can drop it off at our shop in Tan Phu, have us pick it up anywhere in Ho Chi Minh City, or send it by courier from another province. Choose your option in the booking form.
