Bag repair pricing below covers the most common items. Items not in the list, such as custom colour changes, scratch treatment or replacing leather on specific parts, are quoted after inspection. Each bag is photographed as received and tagged with its own code; we only begin once you agree to the price.

Replacement zips equal to or better than the original.

Hand stitched, with leather colour and material matched to the original.

Full replacement of torn or burst fabric or leather linings.

Edge paint touch-up 550,000d – 850,000d
Bag edge repainting.

Leather bag colour restoration 850,000d – 1,500,000d
Treat the fading, then re-dye the whole bag or just the affected areas.

Hardware polishing 750,000d – 1,600,000d
Real 18k gold plating. Brightens dull locks, clasps and bag straps.
