Treatment by shoe condition
Yellowed soles
The rubber changes colour over the years, so scrubbing will not remove it. The goal is a clearly brighter, even colour, not brand-new white.
Stained white shoes
Stains from sun, leftover soap or yellowing glue. Each type of stain needs a different treatment.
The shoes have mould
Surface mould wipes off, deep mould leaves a mark. Heavily mouldy suede needs its own restoration process.
Smelly shoes
The odour lives in the insole and foam cushioning, not on the surface, so a normal wash cannot reach it.
Shoes soaked by rain or covered in mud
The first 24 hours decide everything. Suede marks easily with water, and flood water leaves bacteria and odour behind.
Tough stains
Grease, ink, coffee, chewing gum. Each needs its own method, and the wrong one spreads the stain.
Colour bleeding and fading
Colour bleeding can be removed, fading needs colour restoration. Tell them apart so you do not pay for the wrong service.
Matted, dull suede
The most water-sensitive material. Treated dry and brushed to lift the nap, never washed.
Dry, dull leather shoes
Leather left dry for too long cracks at the creases. We clean it, condition it soft and polish it again.

Yellowing, mould, odour or tough stains get their own process after the overall clean.

Send them to a shop when the shoes are suede, nubuck or luxury pairs, when you have tried and the stain will not come out or is starting to spread, or when there is yellowed soles, deep mould or odour soaked into the cushioning. These are jobs where one wrong attempt can ruin the shoes, while a shop has specific products and processes for each.

Shoe cleaning FAQ
How much does shoe cleaning cost?
From 90,000d for fabric and canvas shoes; 150,000d for leather, suede and nubuck; 250,000d for dress shoes with conditioning and polishing. Sole yellowing removal is 150,000d, deodorising and sanitising 300,000d. The final price is confirmed after we see your shoes, and we only start once you agree.
How long does shoe cleaning take?
Usually 3 to 4 days. If you are in a hurry, the Express package is 200,000d and ready in 24 hours.
Can suede shoes be washed with water?
Better not. Water mats the suede fibres and easily leaves water marks. Suede and nubuck are treated dry, brushed to lift the nap and cleaned with specialised products.
Will sole yellowing removal make them white as new?
Usually not completely. Yellowing is rubber that has changed colour from within, so the goal is a clearly brighter, even colour. The result depends on how long the yellowing has been there and the type of rubber, and we tell you upfront after seeing the shoes.
Is it safe to send luxury shoes for cleaning?
Every pair is photographed and tagged with its own code on arrival. Our technicians identify the material before choosing any product, and warn you in advance about risks such as leather prone to fading or stains that may not come out fully.
Do you pick up shoes from home?
Yes. You can drop them off at our shop in Tan Phu, have us pick them up anywhere in Ho Chi Minh City, or send them by courier from another province. Choose your option in the booking form.
What if I am not happy with the result?
If the result does not hold up as it was at handover, we will redo it. The condition photos taken at drop-off are the reference for both sides.
How is a designer shoe spa different from ordinary shoe cleaning?
The difference is in the work, not the name. Designer pairs are done by hand, detail by detail, the solution is tested in a hidden spot before the whole shoe, and the original patina and colour are kept. The matching item is Premium shoe cleaning at 250,000d.
Is washing shoes the same as shoe cleaning?
Washing usually means cleaning with water. At Foxpro the method follows the material: fabric and canvas are hand washed, while leather, suede and nubuck are cleaned dry because soaking ruins them.
