Our bag repair process
Booking in and tagging
Every side of the bag is photographed, including labels and any accessories, then it gets its own code so you can track progress.
Inspection and quote
The technician checks what is damaged, what can be kept and what must be replaced, then quotes each item. Work starts only once you agree.
Matching the materials
Leather, thread, hardware and paint are chosen to match the rest of the bag, with the colour tested in a hidden spot first.
Repairing item by item by hand
New clasps, handles or lining, edge repainting or colour restoration, keeping the original shape and labels.
Check and handover
Stitching, hardware and colour are checked again and compared with the arrival photos before the bag goes back to you.

The shop is open 8:00 to 18:00 every day at 1/56 Nguyen The Truyen, Tan Son Nhi ward, Tan Phu district. Bags are repaired here, never sent to another workshop.
Customers near Tan Son Nhi, Aeon Mall Tan Phu or Celadon City can bring bags in for the technician to inspect and quote on the spot. Other districts book a slot, we collect and return the bag to the same address once repaired.

The drive is longer, so slots usually fall in the afternoon. Repair time depends on the item, and the technician tells you with the quote.

Send the bag by coach or post. We photograph it as we open the parcel, quote, then start work.

It depends on the job: zip replacement 250,000d to 750,000d, handles and straps 550,000d to 950,000d, edge repainting 550,000d to 850,000d, hardware polishing 750,000d to 1,600,000d, leather bag colour restoration 850,000d to 1,500,000d, lining replacement 1,500,000d to 2,500,000d. The final price is confirmed after we see the bag.
Does repair reduce the value of a designer bag?
We keep everything that is still in good shape, choose replacement leather and hardware as close to the original as possible and follow the original stitch lines. Wherever a change will be visible, our technician tells you first so you can decide.

Yes. Leather wallets, purses and clutches get the same kinds of work as handbags: locks, colour, edges and scratches.
What if I am not happy with the result?
If the result does not hold up as it was at handover, we will redo it. The condition photos taken when we receive the bag are the reference for both sides.
Do you collect bags from home?
Yes. You can drop it off at our shop in Tan Phu, have us pick it up anywhere in Ho Chi Minh City, or send it by courier from another province. Choose your option in the booking form.
