Our bag cleaning process
Booking in and tagging
Every side of the bag is photographed, including labels and any accessories, then it gets its own code so you can track progress.
Checking the material and quoting
The technician identifies leather, canvas, suede or a surface coating, sees which marks will come out, then quotes. Work starts only once you agree.
Testing the solution in a hidden spot
Tested on the base or inside a handle, watching how the leather and colour react before the whole bag is done.
Cleaning area by area
Body, handles, edges and lining are done separately. Clasps and metal details are masked so the plating does not dull.
Conditioning, shaping and handover
The leather is conditioned, the bag dried in a position that holds its shape, and checked against the arrival photos before it goes back to you.

Send it to the shop if the bag is suede, coated canvas or light coloured leather, has oil, ink or mould, or is an expensive designer bag. One mistake on these materials usually leaves marks or strips colour, and then it becomes a job for bag repair and restoration.

How long does bag cleaning take?
It depends on the material and condition of the bag. The technician gives a specific time together with the quote.
Can a suede bag be washed with water?
No. Water mats suede fibres and leaves rings. Suede and nubuck bags are cleaned dry with a dedicated brush and spot treatment.
Will a monogram canvas bag lose its coating?
Yes, if it is scrubbed hard or cleaned with alcohol. The waterproof coating is very thin, so the technician works in one direction with light pressure and blots dry after each area.
Is it safe to send a designer bag?
Every bag is photographed on all sides and tagged on arrival, the solution is tested in a hidden spot first, and the work is done by hand, keeping labels and patina intact.
Can a mouldy bag be saved?
