Our principle fits in one sentence: if the result does not hold up as it was at handover, we will fix it again.<\/strong> This page explains how long we will redo work for, which cases are covered and which are not.<\/p>\n\n

1. Warranty period<\/h2>\n

The exact period for each service is made clear to you when we quote<\/strong>, before you approve. It runs from the day we hand your item back.<\/p>\n

Some services have their own period stated directly on the matching service or pricing page. Where this page and a service page differ, the terms more favourable to you apply<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

2. Cleaning services<\/h2>\n

Cleaning results depend on how you use your shoes or bag after you collect them, so we cannot set a period in months. Instead: when you collect your item, if it does not meet what we agreed, tell us right away and we will redo it.<\/strong> At no extra cost.<\/p>\n

Some stains are ingrained deep in the fibres, and leather that has faded for a long time cannot always be returned to its original state. In cases like that we tell you honestly how far we can go when we quote, rather than promising and leaving you disappointed at pickup.<\/p>\n\n
